Stuck with solving equation with fractions

(5) — (10)/x^2 = (6)/(x+5)

 

When I get to part where I have to factor, I end get 5x³ + 19x² -10x -50. I have no idea how to factor this even further.

Neither do I.  So I graphed it on my calculator using window

xmin = -5, xmax = 2   ymin = -100 and ymax = 100 and I saw the three zeros; 

evidently they're not rationals, so I got the following decimal (approximate) zeros from my trusty TI-83: 

-3.578, -1.786, 1.564

Not everything is factorable.
