Hey Jacquelyn:
Freed slaves moved north for many reasons, including A...to find relatives. However, they moved to urban areas (cities) probably because they knew they could find a job more easily than they could in rural areas (like farms).
C is definitely NOT the answer and B probably goes along with finding relatives...but finding a place to live was probably not the most important reason they moved to the cities. They could just as easily find a place to live elsewhere.
