What is 1.3 billion divided by 300,000,000

I have seen a meme going around that states 1,300,000,000 divided by 300,000,000 would be 4,333,333 or something of that nature. When I do the math, I  getting 4.33333 . However, if you divided 1,300,000,000 by 300, then you get 4,333,333. Am I correct?

1.3 billion divided by 300 million is 4.3333... as you've stated.
