The equation 2x-2y=-4 is given in Standard Form (Ax+By=C) of the equation of a line. It is the same as: x-y=-2.
In slope-intercept form, Ax+By=C is: y= (-A/B)x + (C/B) = mx + b. The slope m=-A/B and the y-intercept is C/B. PLZ remember that so we don't have to do it again and again and again.
Also, the x-intercept (the value of x when y=0) is (C/A). Cool!
The x-intercept of 2x-2y=-4 (or x-y=-2) is C/A = -4/2 = -2. The point (-2,0).
The y=intercept is C/B = -4/-2 = 2. The point (0,2).
Two points determine a line. Draw a line going through (-2,0) and (0,2).
