What are these letters doing in my equations? Here comes algebra!
Stephanie, this is a great letter, and CONGRATS on your little one! :-)
Just a couple of little things to look at in the letter:
--you have two separate mentions of failing 3 classes--eliminate one of them.
-- did you move to AZ _after_ living with family, or _to live with family_? clarify which one you meant.
-- change 'as followed' to 'as follows'
-- change 'things that have changed' to 'changes I have made.' -- sounds more proactive
-- perhaps after 'thank you for reviewing my appeal,' you should add something like 'I am eager to answer any questions you may have and provide any additional information you require.'
This is a very mature and thoughtful letter. I'm really hoping they grant your request--fingers crossed!!
All best, and if you have any questions about my suggestions, post them and I'll answer them.
Cheers,
Matt in NY
