2/(3-2i) = 2(3+2i)/[(3-2i)(3+2i)] = (6+4i)/(9+4) =( 6+4i)/13

Thanks for the feedback...I was a little off with my answer but I will submit this and go from there...I try to solve myself before asking for help, but this one I have been on for two days so I just threw my hands up..lol!! again thanks...
