If the said marker is a molecular marker then search on sciencedirect.com with key word, "breast cancer molecular marker" or "first breast cancer molecular". It would give you the list of all the articles on the topic and you may scan those to look for marker.
The other good source would be a review article on Breast cancer. The article in Trends journals from Elsevier are usually easy, brief and to-the-point. You may look for journal like "Trends in Genetics" or Trends in Cancer Research"
