                 4.12   (rounded)    

 

             5.49

             -4.12

            _______

            = $1.37    (will be paying)

 

 The other way if you know its 75 % off just pay the remaining 25%

 

                 5.49

                x0.25  

              ________

              =$1.37      rounded (will be paying)
