Since it didn't mention the rate X, then it can state that

 

7X + 20 ≥ 370 (finish the book in 7 days)

 

7X  ≥ 350

 

X ≥ 50  (ready more than 50 pages per day)

 

this assumed that you finish reading the book on the same day as the book due to the library

 

 

if you want to finish the book a day before the due date (6 days to complete), then it can rewrite as

 

6X + 20 ≥ 370 (finish the book in 6 days)

 

6X  ≥ 350

 

X ≥ 350/6
