Turner's Syndrome affects girls. One X Chromosome is usually missing. There can be cells that are fine, but other cells are not. This also can affect all the cells, where all of them are missing a chromosome. Furthermore, there can be cells that have two X Chromosomes with the second one being a partial second chromosome. Some girls are more affected by it than other girls.
