Where to place the symbols

We have 4 sevens and the equals needs to be two. We can do the one and three but we're stumped. Embarrassingly it's our 8 year old's homework!

No brackets allowed. I tried that too.

Actually, the brackets are not needed--order of operations tells us that division comes before addition, so 7÷7+7÷7 = 1+1 = 2.
