Question

Hi i have a doubt on outlook 2007

daily we used to receive mails from many number of users in our organization among them few mails are from authorized requestors and few are unauthorized

requestors now we have all the authorized contact  list in excel sheet .

our duty is check whether the name of the mailed requestor is authorized or not from the excel sheet and then process if authorized and reject if

unauthorized

we have total of 3.5lakhs contacts

so is der any fesibility that we recevie mails from authorized to inbox and unauthorized to another folder under inbox

if solution is uploading contact to address book and having a rule for that  ,if so can we upload large contacts of 3.6lakhs in address book and by doing

so is der will be any latency is receiving the mail.

Not sure how to make it work with Outlook. To make the Excel part work, follow these steps:
- Select all the text here from my post (starting with "Not sure how...." and copy it
- Open Notepad.exe and press Ctrl-V to paste what you copied
- In Notepad, File->Save As
- Name the file wyzant.txt and select a location for it that you can remember - close Notepad
- Open Excel
- Click File (the circle in the far upper left corner of Excel) , then Open. Find wyzant.txt and select it.
- In the ensuing window, select Delimited, then set the import to start at row 12. Click Next >
- Change the delimiter from Tab to Space. Uncheck the box for treating consecutive delimiters as one. Click Finish.
- You may find it helpful to widen the columns
