The graph shows decline in enzyme activity with rise in pH, it does not provide any indication of enzyme structure. An enzyme with slightly defective structure but intact active site can still work, perhaps less efficiently. The graph in question shows diminishing enzyme activity with increasing pH indicating that increased alkaline phase is negatively affecting activity and therefore, D is incorrect.
For other 2 questions:
Graph IV shows the similar maximum activity at any pH, the activity is constant with rising pH
Similarly other graphs show optimal maximum enzyme activity at particular pH, acidic or alkaline.
