2 - 7(3) - 30 = 2 - 21 - 30 = -19-30 = -49.    x raised -49.  Answer will be 1 divided by x raised to 49.  Like this:

 

1/x^49     The negative of the power indicates the answer (in fraction form) will be the denominator and 1 is the numerator.  Put it in the calculator as x^49 (x being the number being raised to the -49th power), then use the 1/x symbol to "flip" the answer.

        ( -7(3) - 30) ^2, in which willbe:

 

       ( -21 -30) ^2 = ( -57) ^2 = 3249
