there are 12 points between A and B
if there are 12 points between points A and B, you start at point A and you have to move 13 units either to the right, to the left, up, or down
from point A, move 13 units horizontally to the right to come to point B whose coordinates are (6,-3) because the y-coordinate does not change and -7+13=6
you can also move to the left as well

from point A move 13 units vertically up to point B whose coordinates are (-7,10) because the x-coordinate does not change and -3+13=10
you can also move downwards as well
