If the 19 1/2 pound bag was divided into 3/5 pound portions, how many portions would there be?
19 1/2 ÷ 3/5 make first number into improper fraction
39/2 ÷ 3/5 to divide by a fraction you can multiply by the inverse
39/2 · 5/3 reduce
13/2 · 5 multiply
65/2 reduce
32.5
There are 32.5 portions. For how many ocicats can this feed for a week?
32.5/7
4.64
You can feed 4 ocicats for a week and you shall have some feed left over.

Your answer is correct but the way you did it was wrong. The 19 1/2 pound bag could feed one ocicat for 32.5 weeks. Your right about that, but when you divided 32.5 by 7, your finding you many weeks the 19 1/2 bag could feed one ocicat. You should have done like this: First, calculate how many pounds one ocicat can eat in one week, which is 21/5. Next, divide 19 1/2 and 21/5. You should get an answer around four.
