Proceeding on the assumption that u_π(t) is defined as in my comment above, the Laplace transform is very simple to compute.  Just apply the definition of the transform!

£{u_π(t)} = ∫₀^∞ e^-stu_π(t)dt = ∫_π^∞ e^-stdt.

I am certain you can compute the above integral.
