Yes and the enzyme responsible for removing phosphate is Phosphatase. There are different kinds of phosphatase enzymes that are tissue and substrate-specific.
Enzymes responsible for phosphorylation (adding a phosphate molecule) are known as kinases and they are also tissue and substrate-specific.
