Hello Alexander,
Since the hemophilia gene is carried on the X chromosome, the trait cannot be inherited from the "normal" father. It is a trait that the male child can only inherit from the mother. If the mother happens to be hemophilic, then 100% of her male offspring will be hemophilic. If she is only a carrier of the trait, then there is a 50% chance for her male offspring will be hemophilic.
