 Instruct students about the structure and content of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and sentence structure

 Fostering a creative and positive educational climate that supports active learning

Utilizing curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students

Guiding students in interpreting literature, including how to identify themes, points of view, different literary styles, and other aides for understanding

Developing, implemented, and modified curriculum and lesson plans throughout the year to meet students’ needs and instructional goals
