What are the like terms?
3x to the second power, y to the third power, and 2y to the third power
Background Info:
In algebra, like terms are terms that have the same variable(s) raised to the same power, but may have different coefficients (the numerical part in front of the variables).
So translating from words to numerical notation you are working with 3x2, y3, and 2y3
3x2 has the variable x, neither of the other two terms have an x so 3x2 is not a like term.
y3 has the same variable as 2y3, they are also both raised to the third power. These are like terms, it does not matter that 2y3 has a coefficient of 2.
