Questions #2 and #4 are both improper and convergent integrals as they both have the same kinds of functions (except for the exponents, which are both 1 more in #4 compared to #2) and are being evaluated between 0 and +/- infinity. You marked #2 correctly (improper and convergent) but marked #4 incorrectly (improper and divergent.)
