Question 2: regarding pairs with a total of 10 or more points,

    10 can be made 3 ways = cube 1 = 4  cube 2 = 6

                                           cube 1 = 5  cube 2 = 5

                                           cube 1 = 6  cube 2 = 4

 

   11 can be made 2 ways = cube 1 = 5   cube 2 = 6

                                         cube 1 = 6    cube 2 = 5

 

   12 can be made 1 way = cube 1 = 6   cube 2 = 6
