Visit your account via the Login page and click the Forgot username or password link. Follow the prompts to reset your password, and you’ll receive an email with a link that allows you to complete the process.
Password requirements:
A lower case letter
An upper case letter
A number
A symbol: !@#$%^&*
At least 10 characters
If you're still having trouble logging in after updating your password, taking the following steps may also be beneficial:
1. Use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to access your account, as these browsers typically work more efficiently with most websites.
2. Clear your browser's cookies, as your browser could be automatically entering an older, saved password.
3. Try an incognito or private browsing window.
If you continue to have trouble logging into your account, it's possible that your account is closed. If Wyzant closed your account, you should have received an email regarding the closure. You can reply to that email with any questions or concerns you have. Otherwise, please contact Customer Support.
