Piecewise function question

Let 𝑔(𝑥) be the piecewise function defined as:

[ 2/x+1 if x< -2 ]

[ -4/x if -2≤x<0 ]

g(x)= [ 0 if x=0 ]

[ 1-6/x if 0<x≤2 ]

[ 12/x+4 if x>2 ]

Let 𝑓(𝑥) be a function with the property that, for all rational numbers x, (2𝑥 − 8)𝑓(𝑥) + 𝑓(𝑔(𝑥)) = 𝑥 − 2. Find 𝑓(−3).
