Hello,
I just finished my wyzant math session, and I saved the whiteboards to my computer. However, when I clicked on them, none of the ink/work from the lesson showed up. How can I fix this?

- Check File Format: First, ensure that the whiteboards were saved in a compatible file format (such as PNG, JPEG, or PDF). If they were saved in a different format, try converting them to a standard image format.
- Browser Cache and Cookies:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Sometimes cached data can cause display issues. You can find instructions on how to clear cache and cookies for different browsers:
- Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome
- Clear Cache and Cookies in Mozilla Firefox
- Clear Cache and Cookies in Safari
- Wyzant Whiteboard Export:
- Wyzant allows you to export and save work from the whiteboard. During the lesson, click on “File,” then select “Download whiteboard” to save individual whiteboards.
- Additionally, once the tutor clicks the “End Lesson” button, both tutors and students have the option to save all whiteboards from the online lesson1.
- Tablet Settings:
- If you’re using a tablet with a stylus, check the tablet settings. Some tablets may require adjustments to work correctly with online whiteboards.
- For example, if you’re using a Wacom tablet, ensure that the “Mode” setting is set to “Pen” rather than “Mouse” in the Wacom Tablet Properties2.
