USB Tablet Doesn't Work with Wyzant Online Whiteboard

I want to use a Wacom Drawing Tablet with the whiteboard for online tutoring, but can't seem to get it to work. The tablet works fine with Zoom and other functions, and works as a mouse in the demo online room. However, it doesn't click and draw like my mouse does. I've ensured I have the latest drivers. Any advice or tips to get this working? Thanks!

There are some people saying that Wacom Intuos and Wzyant are not compatible, but that does not seem to be the case. Here's how I got my Wacom Intuos tablet to work with the Wyzant whiteboard. If you go into the Wacom Tablet Properties and go to the mapping tab, you will see a setting called "Mode" with two values, "Pen" and "Mouse". Selecting "Mouse" will enable the Wacom Intuos to draw on the whiteboard. I also like to decrease the speed and acceleration on this page. The hover functionality still works fine when after this is done. Good luck!

What writing pad is supported by Wyzant's platform? I also have a wacom but will buy another writing pad if it works here. My wacom writes a little but with very very poor responsiveness on this platform.

The bottom line is that the tablet is not supported by the whiteboard. Neither is a phone. Sometimes we think things ought to work a certain way, but they simply don't because there is an inherent compatibility issue with the way the devices interface that is not possible to overcome.
