USB Tablet Doesn't Work with Wyzant Online Whiteboard

I want to use a Wacom Drawing Tablet with the whiteboard for online tutoring, but can't seem to get it to work. The tablet works fine with Zoom and other functions, and works as a mouse in the demo online room. However, it doesn't click and draw like my mouse does. I've ensured I have the latest drivers. Any advice or tips to get this working? Thanks!

I find the "mouse" mode to be super disorienting - you can still use "pen" mode if you uncheck "Use Windows Ink"

Here's how I got my Wacom Intuos tablet to work with the Wyzant whiteboard. If you go into the Wacom Tablet Properties and go to the mapping tab, you will see a setting called "Mode" with two values, "Pen" and "Mouse". Selecting "Mouse" will enable the Wacom Intuos to draw on the whiteboard. I also like to decrease the speed and acceleration on this page. The hover functionality still works fine when after this is done. Good luck!

I've been using a Wacom tablet on the whiteboard for years. It does work. In the Wacom properties you need to disable Windows Ink.
