I need to cancel my Wyzant account

I feel that for security reasons, the platform was not what we were expecting. I need to cancel all future lessons and request a refund for the first lesson which was not up to expectation or what we had agreed upon to be discussed.

I had to choose a topic for this section however, the topic is not accurate. Please cancel my account. I do not feel safe or secure in this platform.

This isn't where you ask that sort of question. You can contact the company and request a refund on first fit guarantee grounds if that helps.
