Is this a question? The 17th century would have been from 1601 to 1700. There was very little industry in Latin America in the 17th century hence few "factory jobs" that would prompt an exodus from the country to the cities. Factory jobs wouldn't affect population displacement until well into the 19th and 20th centuries in Latin America. Please review your question and resubmit.
