The rotation of the smaller wheel in the figure causes the larger wheel to rotate. Through how many degrees will the larger wheel rotate if the smaller one rotates through 171 degrees? Round your answer to 3 decimal places.
Smaller Wheel: 6.2cm
Larger Wheel: 10.9cm
I cannot understand how to solve these questions, If I can get step by step explanation that would be great!

The picture has radius lines so I shall assume that the numbers refer to the radii.
1) determine how much or the circumference of the small circle moves in 171°.
2π(6.2) (171 / 360) = 18.50 cm
2) determine the angle through which large circle passes when its circumference travels 18.60 cm
18.50 / (2π(10.9)) = x / 360
97.2 = x
