I have been trying to send tutoring inquiries to tutors but it just keeps looping back to my inbox without the opportunity to let me communicate with the tutors. Is this a bug?

Hi Veronica! I hope you're doing well.
Usually, students can contact tutors by clicking on the orange CONTACT button in the tutor's profile. This will start a direct thread with the tutor, and you can then send them your inquiry.
If you receive an email notification that says your messages did not go through, the tutor might have their services paused for the time or it can be a system glitch. Like Melanie recommends, feel free to contact Wyzant Support to get to the bottom of this!
