Impulse= FΔt or mΔv which is also Δmomentum=m(vf-vi)
Momentum=mv
where, here, m=4kg
F=45N
Δt=6.6 sec
vi=0 (initially at rest)
(a) Impulse=45*6.6=297 N-s
(c) Let: 297=4(vf-0)→ vf=74.25 m/s
For part (b), I's say it's either m*vf (which would yield 297 kg-m/s, considering it started from rest). *It could also even mean the average momentum which would be 4(.5)(74.25)=148.5 kg-m/s
I'm leaning more towards the first case however.
