Assuming we walk into a room in the morning of the exam, and the professor is male, we would formally greet him like this:

Buenos días, ¿cómo está Usted profesor? Un placer conocerlo

Translated: “Good morning, how are you professor? Nice to meet you.”

We emphasize the word “Usted” for a very formal way in Spanish.
