Confused on where to start with finding the slope if you are given the secant line slope

The table gives the slope of the secant line through the points P(1,-3) and Q(x,y) on the graph of f(x)=x2-4.

Q(x,y) slope
(1.01,-2.98) 2.0
(1.1,-2.79) 2.1
(1.5,-1.75) 2.5
(2,0) 3.0

Which is the best estimate of the slope of the tangent line to the graph of f at the point (1,-3)

a. 1

b. 2

c. 5

d. undefined
