This question does not have much information, but if you are using the Data Analysis tool in Excel, it is a (free) Add-in, which you need to activate the first time only. Go to Options, and then Add-ins, and then Manage Excel Add-ins. From there, just check-mark the "Analysis ToolPak" option, and you will see a new button on the Data menu.
