Thank you for posting your question. Here are some rules to follow when conjugating verbs. I will use one of your verbs as an example.
Leer - a regular verb ending in '-er'
When conjugating, you first need to determine:
- Tense: in your case it is the command form (also called IMPERATIVE)
- Pronoun: in your case, 'usted'
- Singular or plural: in your case, singular
- Affirmative or negative: in your case it is affirmative ("do something" as opposed to "don't do something)
for a verb like 'leer', you cut off the verb ending, keep the root and ad "a" for the 3rd person singular (usted)
so "leer bien la receta" turns into "¡Lea bien la receta!" - Read the recipe carefully!
