Having trouble signing up to become a tutor

Question

I have an account (under my email) for my son to use for tutoring. I also want to sign up to be a tutor. Can I do this from the same account? Please advise how. I tried from the dashboard but I don't see how. I also followed the links from self-help but still was not able to.

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, it is not possible to sign up for tutoring from the same account used for your son.
