You can use the symmetry of the unit circle to find the angle that has the function same value. We know that 260° is in quadrant 3.
For sine, the same value as a quadrant 3 value would be in quadrant 4. Since the reference angle for 260° is 80° (260°-180° = 80°), the quadrant 4 angle is 280° (360°-80°=280°). So θ=280° for sine.
For cosine, the same value as a quadrant 3 value would be in quadrant 2. Using the same reference angle, the quadrant 2 angle is 100° (180°-80°=100°). So θ=100° for cosine.
