HI. We have been using the same Spanish tutor for our 10th grade son. My son does think the the tutor is helping him (parent happy smile). Tonight there seems to be some technical problem and the tutor has not logged on (my son could see him trying to log on multiple times). What do we do at this point? Thank you.

Depending on where your tutor is, he/she/they may have been having internet issues due to the ongoing weather situation many seem to be going through nationwide. The Wyzant classroom is very sensitive in that sense. if you can't maintain a certain level of bandwidth, you may end up withe only partial features working or no video/audio. I recommend always having an alternate option such as using Zoom or Google Meets as they have options for video chat in their apps which don't require the use of the browser based Wyzant classroom. with their extension add-on.
