E = mc^2 - kTΔS - Σqi^2 - ℏ/2ΔxΔp

E = mc^2 - kTΔS - Σqi^2 - ℏ/2ΔxΔp

"This equation expresses the relationship between energy, matter, entropy, uncertainty, and the electromagnetic force (Σqi^2). The kTΔS term accounts for the thermodynamic effects of entropy, while the uncertainty principle is expressed through the ΔxΔp term."

Can you give me a source of this being an Einstein field equation or elaborate? I can't find anything that suggests it is one. I'm not saying it's untrue, but I can't find anything.
