Just FYI: No WyzAnt tutor is an actual employee of WyzAnt. All WyzAnt tutors are in fact self-employed. We charge our own hourly rates for online and in-person tutoring, separately. We decide what hours we want to tutor each day/week. We determine what subjects we want to tutor and are subsequently qualified to tutor. And we can choose which students we want to work with and which students we do not wish to work with entirely by our own accord. WyzAnt works as an online marketplace for tutors to advertise our professional academic services and expertise to the masses and create a clientele and ensuing income going forward every step of the way. :)
