Matrices evaluate a+b when

     0,-4

    -1,6

And b=-4,0

          -7,-5

          1/4,-2

To add matrices, just add the corresponding elements from each matrix.

 

So the upper left cell would be 2 + -4 = -2

 

The upper right cell would be 8 + 0 = 8
