I would like to change my tendency to procrastinate. To do this, I could use behavior modification, specifically positive reinforcement. Every time I complete a task on time, I could reward myself with something that I enjoy, such as a piece of chocolate or a few minutes of my favorite TV show. This positive reinforcer will help me to stay on task and resist procrastinating.
