I already found the domain but for the range I put [3, -5) and then put [4,-5) but I got both wrong

When you got [4,-5) this was very close. The graph does go all the way up to 4, and this does appear to be included. And the graph ends at -5 as a minimum with an open circle so not included. The part that might have messed you up is that interval notation is written left to right from min to max. So instead of [4,-5), it should be (-5,4].

It goes from least, which is the negative number, to greatest, the positive 4.

Firs, pay attention to the graph. Right end point is the hollow circle, and then this point is not including in the domain; the left end point is shaded, and then it is including in the domain. The same we can say for range.
