Accidental rating

We accidentally hit a 4 star rating for our tutor. We meant to hit 5. How can I remedy this?

Good evening, I actually just went through a similar debacle with the family I tutor for. No need to panic - it was an easy fix! From their end, they communicated to me that they contacted Wyzant support, and it was remedied within the hour.
