This sounds like a personal essay - the essay requires you to write about your own opinion.
A personal essay is an "I" essay that asks your opinion about something. You simply need to choose to respond in the way you see fit. If you think you would rather go to school for 4 days a week, but each day is one hour longer, then respond with the reasons for why this is something you would like. I assume the school week is typically 8:30 - 3:30, five days a week. Again, you would just need to respond to this prompt and say why you would like to stick to the usual schedule. What makes one situation more appealing than the other?
The idea of having only four days of school seems very appealing because that means less time in the classroom and more free time for you. Even if school is one hour longer each day in the four day time period, that still leaves you with three days that you're not in school. That sounds great.
However, a regular routine may be more appealing to you. You're in school for the same allotted hours every week. Everything is spread out over five says instead of crammed into four. Maybe that is more appealing and less stressful to you.
It just depends on what appeals to you more and then you say why that is better for a student. You must bring in several points to support your ideas for why you would choose four days or a five day schedule.
