1) I prefer "My exam will commence on Dec 15." It's a little more direct than the other two. However, if it is an ongoing exam that goes on for several days, "My exam commences on Dec. 15" would work well because it seems to indicate something that is going on longer than that one day.
2) This depends on the usage. If you are reporting on an event that happened in the past, I would use "scored." However, when referring to an event in a book, we will often use the present tense. This is because when you read a book, the events are unfolding as you read about them.
For the first question, the first and third versions are both correct and the second only needs "from" to change to "on" for it to be correct.

Tejas, it appears that your biggest problem is making your subject and verb agree. 1. My exam commences on 15 December. Exam (noun) commences (verb). This statement sounds fine, especially in conversational text. 2. My exam is commencing from 15 December. Exam (noun) is commencing (future tense verb). Why put the preposition "from" in the sentence at all? Why not use "will" instead of "is"? "Will" is a future tense verb while "is" represents a present tense verb. 3. You have used correct subject/verb agreement and the statement alludes to the fact that your exam WILL begin on 15 December. I agree with Jennifer on your second statement.12/29/22
