For the essay prompt "If you wrote the story of your life, what would it be titled and why?", is it about your past and current life, or it can be about your imagination of your future life?

Hello Lan! I think it could be either or. If you were wanting to write a story that is more of a memoir, then it could be past/current. If you wanted to write something that is fiction (maybe even sci-fi like), then you could go with it being an imagination or re-imagining of the future life. Think about your experiences of the past and present and make a prediction of what you imagine your life will look like down the line based on what you already know and have experienced in your lifetime to date.
