If I were you, if you haven't already, I would start by providing context surrounding the problem. For example, you would have to define what exactly the problem is.
Afterwards, again, if you haven't already, describe how you went about trying to solve your problem. What methods did you use? What difficulties did you anticipate when trying to solve this problem?
For your findings, I would describe what exactly you found and then provide examples within the data. What is most important is the impact of the finding as it relates to your research/assignment. I usually base my responses on the following questions:
- How does my finding impact my initial research question?
- How does this finding compare to other attempts that have been made?
- What are the implications of this finding for future experiments/studies?
