Can experts edit/provide feedback on more than one assignment?

Hello, my name is Lela. I'm currently a college freshman finishing up my first quarter at the university I attend. Unfortunately, I've been behind in some work, including work in my Writing and Composition I class. Although I have completed drafts of the assignments that my professor had assigned, I need revisions on the assignments to not only pass in the final drafts to my professor (I've already spoken to her about this, she's aware and I've asked for extensions), but to have the final drafts be submitted to my ePortfolio. My professor has assigned our class with the final assignment of creating an ePortfolio that reflects on the assignments we've worked on throughout the class in addition to reflecting on how taking Writing and Composition has changed our writing/writing process, and how it helped gain more understanding on the way we write.
